Apicha Community Health Center's mission is to increase access to healthcare and supportive services for underserved and vulnerable populations living in NYC. Their LGBTQ+ center provides primary care, HIV & AIDS specialty care, transgender primary care, sexual health services, behavioral health services, and community education programs.

The mission of the University of California, San Francisco's (UCSF) Center of Excellence for Transgender Health is to increase access to comprehensive, effective, and affirming health care services for trans communities. While most of their programs and services are located in San Francisco, their website provides resources relevant to trans people nationwide as well as links to partner organizations and services across the nation.

GATE is an international organization working on gender identity, sex characteristics, and, more broadly, on bodily diversity issues They work on supporting trans, gender diverse and intersex movements by producing and making available critical knowledge, promoting their access to organization resources (funding, training, mentoring, personal and professional supporting systems), and advocating with them to make our human rights a lived reality.
Gender Spectrum's mission is to create a gender-inclusive world for all children and youth. To accomplish this, they help families, organizations, and institutions increase understandings of gender and consider the implications that evolving views have for each of us. While most of their services are provided in and around the Bay Area, they offer a monthly National Call-In Support Group, an online community platform, and provide valuable references and learning resources relevant to individuals nationwide.
GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ Equality's mission is to ensure equality in healthcare for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals. They have many learning resources, as well as a national provider directory.
The Center offers the LGBT communities of NYC health and wellness programs; arts, entertainment, and cultural events; recovery, wellness, parenthood, and family support services. As the cornerstone of New York City's LGBT community, The Center is a place where people meet and make connections and a support system for those in need.

The National Center for Transgender Equality is the nation's leading social justice advocacy organization winning life-saving change for transgender people. Their website provides learning resources for those seeking to learn more about the trans* community and issues facing them, as well as up-to-date resources for trans* individuals about their rights and legal resources available to aid in the fight against discrimination.
QueerTransMen.org was developed by the Gay/Bi/Queer Trans Men's Working Group, a group of trans and non-trans community members and service providers across Ontario, Canada that address sexual health issues for GBQ trans men and their partners. While many of their resource referrals are Ontario or Canada-specific, many of their learning resources, including Primed: A Sex Guide for Trans Men Into Men are relevant to GBQ trans men worldwide.
RAD Remedy's mission is to connect trans, gender non-conforming, intersex, and queer folks to accurate, safe, respectful, and comprehensive care in order to improve individual and community health. RAD is a comprehensive and nationally-collaborative database of providers based on referral lists of trusted community organizations on detailed reviews of community members.
The Sylvia Rivera Law Project works to guarantee that all people are free to self-determine gender identity and expression, regardless of income or race, and without facing harassment, discrimination or violence. They provide access to free, quality, respectful, affirming legal services for low-income transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming people, while also using training, public education, policy reform, and precedent-setting lawsuits to end state sanctioned and institutional discrimination, violence, and coercion on the basis of gender identity and expression.

Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of the community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Their vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve the overall life-outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid.

Transgender Law Center (TLC) is the largest national trans-led organization advocating self-determination for all people. Grounded in legal expertise and committed to racial justice, TLC employs a variety of community-driven strategies to keep transgender and gender nonconforming people alive, thriving, and fighting for liberation.
Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund is a nonprofit whose mission is to end discrimination and achieve equality for transgender people, particularly those in our most vulnerable communities. Their strategies include pathbreaking trans rights cases an "friend of the court" briefs regarding key issues of employment, health care, education, and public accommodations. They seek to coordinate with traditional civil rights organizations and other LGBT civil rights organizations. They also provide legal name change services to community members trough partnerships with some of the nation's premier law firms and corporate law departments through their Name Change Project.
